Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Valley Falls.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on an as-needed basis. As volunteer appointees, these individuals meet as schedules allow to review requests.
There is currently a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission! If you are interested in applying, please contact City Administrator for more information on the process.
The Valley Falls Planning Commission serves on a volunteer basis and is appointed by the Governing Body. They serve on four-year terms.
